For a number of years the LGMA has been running the mandolin workshop at this major Folk Festival.
| Come & Try the Mandolin Workshop
The Come & Try the Mandolin is aimed at all those who want to have a go at the instrument. We usually spilt the participants into 2 groups: Those with previous experience on a fretted instrument and those with none. |
Mandolin Workshops for Beginners and Players
The Players workshop usually deals with aspects of technique and interpretation. |

We usually run an information stall at Celtic Connections, giving interested people a chance to find mandolin and guitar related information and to chat to members of the LGMA.
